Alzheimer's Society

Singing for the Brain is a group for people in the early to moderate stages of dementia and their carers. It provides a chance for them to meet other people, in a safe and comforting environment and  join in with a structured singing session. Singing has been shown to help people with dementia to communicate, express themselves and relax.

You do not have to be a singer to join the group.  We welcome any person with dementia and their carers, family and friends who likes singing and would like to try it out!

For more information, please contact Mike Sadler at the Alzheimer's Society on 01952 583813.
